You Shop (Redirection): You buy the products yourself and ship them to our warehouse in China. We receive them, provide photos, and manage the international shipping to your address.
Our team performs a manual compliance check for every request to ensure your items can be shipped safely. While timing depends on the specific requirements of each destination country, you will typically receive your custom quote via email or WhatsApp within 12 to 24 hours. For certain regions or complex requests, this process may take slightly longer than 24 hours to ensure total accuracy. We try our best.
Yes, our fee is 10% of the total product value, with a minimum charge of $10 per order (whichever is higher). This commission covers our manual compliance check, supplier sourcing, and thorough quality inspection at our warehouse. To help you save on international shipping, we offer 60 days of free storage at our warehouse, allowing you to consolidate multiple purchases into a single shipment. Please note that after this 60-day period, a daily storage fee of $1 per package will apply.

Because we manually optimize every shipment for safety and speed, you will receive a precise estimated delivery window as part of your custom Freight Simulation. This ensures you have the most accurate and up-to-date information before you confirm your order.
